Job Responsibilities

• Arrangement & Coordination of Air/LCL/FCL shipments.
• Handle full sets of freight documentation, e.g. Import – NOA, Permit, Payment, DGD etc / Export – BL, COO, Booking, Permit, Payment etc
• Coordinate with carriers/NVO to make bookings or give loading instructions & manage DG and Non-DG segregation.
• Permit declaration / DGD / Preferential CO / Chamber CO (Pay attention to details when handling DGD, COO, LC and other controlled)
• Manage day-to-day operations & transactions.
• Prepare monthly/weekly/daily reports as required.
• Liaise with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely collections and/or delivery of cargoes/shipments/container for clients.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min “O / Diploma holder with 1-3 years of relevant experience / Experience in handling freight documentation
• Experienced in freight forwarding will be an advantage.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and powerpoint)
