• Efficient in handling Operate the Point Of Sales (POS) System.
• 100% accuracy in cash and credit card transactions and all wireless transactions.
• POS is manned at all times.
• Assist customers in the selection and purchase of items.
• Complete sales sheets at the end of the day.
• Cash up and complete paper work at the start and end of the shift.
• Accuracy in physics stock against inventory listing, reporting all discrepancies to Outlet Manager.
• Customer relationship management. Attend to all complaints professionally.
• Promotional displays are set-up and well-organised. Cleanliness of Outlet is imperative.
• Assist Outlet Manager in any additional task as assigned.
