- To contact existing customers on phone and email in order to introduce company products and services.

- Communicate with clients to understand their advertising's solutions and objectives

- Providing after sales services for the applicable products

- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

- To develop a project pipeline, present its business case, set, execute and achieve departmental KPIs.

- Providing vital product insights, feedback and revenue trends, from their own experience using the platform and sharing the feedback from the advertisers.

- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

- To share success stories of product users who have had success in growing their business by using the products.


- Minimum Diploma Holder and above.

- Minimum of 1 year sales experience in any industry.

- Must be Direct Sales Experience / B2B Sales / Business Development or Sales & Marketing experiences.

- Training Provided.

Key Area Responsible:

  • Plan and implement trade marketing activities for a specific Business (product portfolio) on the district level.
  • Analyse sales data, act on it and report to the region.
  • Implement the trade marketing tools for use on regional level.
  • Support and implement trade marketing actions, defined on regional level.
  • Contribute to the definition and realization of trade marketing actions on the regional level.
  • Responsible for implementing the visual strategy for displaying products. This involves Planograms, festive campaign POSM, product POSM, performing floor moves.
  • Keep an eye to industry trends & competitor’s offline activities
  • Support Sales Team on fundamental information of what a promotion should be and where a certain product should go in the store. Roadshow & Instore Demo
  • To analyses data of roadshow promotion, instore demo & location to ensure ROI achievement
  • Work with MM & vendor on visual impact and within brand guidelines
  • Liaise closely with sales team & MM on coordinate the concept corner development.
  • Liaise with vendor on the fabrication & maintaining of the concept corner

Job Requirements

  • Possess minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Independent, and capable to excel in face paced environment.
  • Analytical, meticulous, and able to deliver quality result within tight deadlines.
  • Good communications skills – written & verbal.


  • Phone Allowance: SGD 50 per month
  • Working location: Philips SG office
  • Annual wages salary 13th month Bonus:1 Month
  • Annual Leave: 14 days
  • Salary: SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,500 (Depend on Experience)
  • Conditions: Contract with yearly renewal.

Position: Operations Support Specialist


  • Support daily operations of simulation system, including operational support at customers’ location.
  • Perform technical analysis, corrective, and preventive maintenance of simulation system.
  • Troubleshooting of technical issues on site at customers’ location.
  • Implementing scenario creation or edits as required for operations using simulation tool set.
  • Any other matters tasked by Management.


  • Preferably Diploma level, or relevant qualifications.
  • Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently when required.
  • Keen to learn and assess new technology for work purposes.
  • Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedules.
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task.
