Job Details:

Front end:

- Provide premium customer service to customers

- Engage with the customer to build brand loyalty

- Promote coffee machines to potential buyers in the form of storytelling

- Demo of products

Back end:

- Replenishing of stock / Inventory taking

- Any other ad-hoc duties

(roles will be on rotating basis)

Training dates:

- 10th Feb (1pm - 4pm) &

- 11th Feb (10am - 4pm)

* 2 to 3 days training provided (PAID)


- Vivo / ION / Takashimaya/ Raffles

* Must be comfortable with at least min 2 locations

Working hours:

- Rostered shift of 6 - 8 hours per shift between 10am - 10pm

Pay rates:

- $12/hour


- Additional $2/hour if you can commit min 3 days per week for minimally 3 months

** Incentives will be payed out every 3 months after reviewing

Training & OJT pay rates:

- $8/hour

* 2 days of OJT after training

Attire / Grooming:

1) Top: Black long sleeve button up collar shirt

2) Bottoms: Black long pants

3) Shoes: Black covered flats (Ladies) or Black formal shoes (Men)

> Natural colours only: black / brown


- 2 to 5 days commitment per week (Including at least 1 weekend) or

- Weekends only (5 to 8 days per month)

- Able to stand for long hours (At least 6 hours)

Job Summary

Manage Adventure HQ high element & recreational activities, which includes assisting with daily operations, within safety and corporate guidelines and providing exceptional service standards.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that daily operations at Adventure HQ is operated in a safe and effective manner, which includes conducting fun & engaging activities in Adventure HQ.
  • Manage service counter, which includes patrons admission & departure. (wrist tags issuance, ticket purchase & verification of indemnity forms)
  • Provide Quality Customer Experience to all staff / patrons.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to enquiries.
  • Identify and manage customers satisfaction.
  • Handle Lost & Found items / queries.
  • Assist with daily, weekly & monthly inspections and maintenance on activity equipment, fixtures and fittings.
  • To carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by Customer Service Executive / Manager and Senior Management.
  • Perform first-line management of any crisis situation in the facility.

Skills / Qualities required for the role

  • Fun & outgoing personality with excellent customer services skills.
