📅 Work Schedule

⏰Monday to Fri - 8:30am 6pm

⏰Saturday - 8:30am to 12:30pm

📌 Handle general hospital enquiries via emails, calls, chatbox

📌 Provide excellent customer service and accurate solutions

📌 Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks

📌 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

✔️O / N LEVEL

✔️1 Year Contract Role

✔️ Must have CSO / Tele Centre Experience

✔️Must be able to start within ASAP
