Job Responsible

• Prepare the sales order documents such as Shop Drawing, Sales order excel sheet, cutting list and BOQ for supply & delivery orders from Sales Executive
• Calculate raw materials ratio and key in the MOM system to generate the costing report
• Prepare the fabrication drawing for confirmed orders (Supply & Delivery)
• Prepare the submission drawing as per sales executive request (supply & delivery)
• Coordinate with procurement to order raw materials and ensure the specifications meet the requirement
• Ensure that all the operations are inbound with the pertinent guidelines and policies of company
• Ensure all enquiries from the sales/procurement executives or customers addressed on time
• Print out all the documents in A3 and A4 size and pass to production team
• Calculate the galvanizing weight breakdown for products and send to accounts to stock in the items
• Prepare submission drawing for supply & installation order which assigned by Project Manager
• Provide approximated monthly/weekly reports
• Ad-hoc assigned by Superior

Job Requirement

• Min. Diploma or above in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in drafting preferably on steel works
• Knowledge in steel structures and product
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Model and BIM
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of relevant legislation is a plus
