The main responsibilities for the Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor are to engage and provide the best shopping experience to customers according to the Skechers Singapore standard and to create a positive shopping experience by identifying customers’ needs, advise and sell them products through exemplary customer service.
STRIVE TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGET
·Responsible for opening and closing of shift based on roster
·Responsible for daily store operations, achieving store sales and ensuring every customers receive great service experience
·Identify opportunities to maximize customer purchase through additional or complimentary sales
·Ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any company promotions and mechanics
·Ensure exemplary customer service standards among the Retail team members according to the company standard
·Offer exemplary product knowledge to assist customers with their buying decisions.
·Handle customers’ queries in a professional manner according to the company policy and refund policy
MERCHANDISING & STOCK MANAGEMENT
·Support any store initiatives. Example: Stock take, store change etc.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted within the deadline
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
