-Managed and accountable for proper and timely completion of full set of book and accounting schedules
-Perform AR collection and AP payment process
-Maintaining original and digital filing of accounting documents/records
-Scanning and sending of invoices and supporting documents for verification and payment process
-Process employee expenses claims and petty cash expenses
-Responding to vendor enquiries regarding finance
-Support banking related administration such as filing, preparing forms, and submission of new accounts applications, update of user bank access and signature specimen
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned
$1800 to $2200 (Monthly)
WEST/ EAST/ SOUTH Area
Work time: 0830hrs to 1730hrs (Monday to Friday)
Company bus provided, pick-up @ Jurong East
-Min. O level, Nitec in ITE
-Required skills: MS office
-1-2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding company will be an advantage
-Ability to work independently in fast pace environment
-strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
-issue work order to external and internal contractors
-verify billings from shipping line and contractor invoice
- Correspondence email ( handle customer orders from China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Hong Kong.)
- Admin duties; filing, data-entry etc.
