SYSTEMS/NETWORK/ VOICE ENGINEER 122711

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.NETWORK AND SYSTEM

• Able to setup and configure CISCO, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, Firewall & Antivirus and other security software.
• Experience in CISCO different series core switches and Acess Point (Wireless) such as Aironet / Meraki / HP Aruba and etc will be added advantage.
• Able to propose CISCO Network LAN & WAN design, system configuration and involve in its implementation.Experience with VPN, MPLS, Frame Relay, Point to Point connection.
• Can perform troubleshooting and must have network technical skill such as CISCO Routers, CISCO Switches, wireless device,Fortinet Firewalls, Load Balancers.Working experience with system management tools, such as Network Analysis.

2.UNIFIED COMMUNICATION

• Voice Communication Technology setup and configurations.Have relevant experience in AVAYA, CISCO Call Manager,Mitel or other brands of VOIP System which includes video conferencing or audio video.

3.SYSTEMS

• Able to install WINDOW Server O/S, WIN 10, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Platform for Servers, PCs with hands-on experience on setup and configuration.
• Have experience in setup/configure VMWare, Exchange Server, SQL and Virtual Server etc. hardware configuration experience, i.e. Serve, external backup and UPS in FAS System, HPE Storage, Synology NAL and etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Those certified in CCNA, MCSE or other professional certificates would be advantageous.

High School Cert /Diploma / Degree in Computer Studies.

Minimum 3 years systems support with System Integration (SI) experience will be good but not necessary
