As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
You will also be responsible for onboarding new employees and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit with the company culture.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.

Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:

Minimum of a local polytechnic diploma, A level certificate or IB diploma

Singaporean Citizenship/PR

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
