The Job

• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure all call activities are conducted in line to the quality standard.
• Update customer information in the database.

The Talent

• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage- those who take HI will be awarded (not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales
• Sales driven and possess can-do attitude.
• BCP & PGI certificates (once offered need to pass both papers in order to start work)
