Responsibilities

  • In charge of contacting existing customers to renew their motor insurance
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have
  • Offer solutions based on customers’ needs
  • Update customer database
  • Strive towards meeting sales quota

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC in any fields
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
