Min GCE A levels and above

Possess good verbal and written communicationskills

Basic computer skills such as MS Office

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Description

Data entry, Filing, Sorting and scanning of documents

Packing / Unpacking of meeting stationeries
-
Attending to phone calls and emails
-
Coordination of schedule for Ad-hoc temp staff, marking of attendance (when required)

Any other adhoc Admin duties/support as assigned
