Seeking temp admin assistants to assist in various aspect of functions in different departments

Role

- Perform a wide spectrum of admin duties

- Assist in coordination, liasion duties and work with all level of people both internal and external

- Strong follow-up skills

- Proficient in MS office

- Good interpersonal and writing skills

- Those with additional skillset in IT will be an added advantage

- Assignment duration 6 months or 1 year

- Able to start within short notice
