Location: Parkway Parade

Salary: $10 - $12 per hour (Depending on experience)

Shift Based

Working hours: 6-10 hours per shift between 10am - 10pm

Working days: 4-6 days including both Saturday and Sunday

Job duties:

Provide excellent customer service to shoppers to the mall and development.

Handle face-to-face and phone inquiries and feedback from public, shoppers and tenants.

Handle development attraction bookings, tickets sales and events.

Record incident reports and coordinate with various departments on tenants’ and shoppers’ requests, queries and feedback.

Any other duties assigned.
