Job Description

• Perform typing, faxing, sorting, filing and recording of documents and forms.
• Prepare materials and slides for meetings.
• Answer phone calls, handle emails enquiries.
• Assist to follow-up and schedule meetings, official engagements and matters of importance from time to time.
• To monitor, manage and ensure office equipment is in working condition.
• Maintain and update the data in system.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum possess of Diploma in relevant field
• Able to work in a team
