Working Hours:

• Scheduled 3-5 Days/Week (Between Mon-Sun)
• Rotating Shifts 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm

Salary: $12/hr | OT $18/hr

Job Scope:

• Perform check-in and check out
• Handling of guest enquiries and feedback
• Replying of emails
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Able to start immediately and commit for Min. 6 Months
• Some customer service experience preferred
• Singaporeans only
