I need about 12 Temp Assistants for an Event happening next week.
Please advise if you have the following:
A. Operations Assistants (Temps)
No. Paxs: 6 paxs (2 Female/4 Male)
Period of engagement:
15 – 20 May 8am to 6pm - 1 pax (@ SMO & Contractor Badge)
17 – 20 May 8am – 6pm 5 paxs (SafeEntry Checks)
Rates: approx $10 per hour
1.Job Scope (Ops Temp)
•Managing of Safe Entry Check in
•Issuing of contractor badges
•Adhoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager/Team
Pre-requisites:
•Over 21 years old preferred
•Pleasant personality
•Previous experience in managing of Safe Entry preferred
B. General Temps
No. Paxs: 5 paxs (3 ladies/2 men)
Period of engagement:
17 May – Briefing @ the MBS / Time TBC (2hrs)
18 May – 7:30am to 5pm (10 hrs)
19 & 20 May -9:00am to 5pm (8 hrs)
Rates: approx $10 per hour
1.Job Scope (General Temp)
•Ushering of OC Guest and Visitors
•Conduct Surveys
•Manning of booths (Technology Seminar, etc.)
•Adhoc duties assigned by the Project Manager/Team
Pre-requisites:
•Over 21 years old preferred
•Pleasant personality
•Previous experience in the event/hospitality industries preferred.
