Candidate with Front of the House (Services) experience may apply to convert their career to Back of the House (Chef)

Candidate should not have related Back of the House (Kitchen/Chef) experience within the last 10 years
Job Descriptions:
-
Ensure and maintain all inventories are in order/sufficient.

Hot and Cold cooking
-
Assist Chef in overseeing daily operation
-
Gain knowledge of the company and make essential decision when necessary
-
Ensure the efficiency of kitchen operation is properly maintained

Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower
-
Liaise with superiors and top management when necessary

Perform effective problem-solving skills when necessary

Perform stock ordering and controlling in daily basis

Able to commit to On-The-Job-training by employer within 6 months

High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers

Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Candidates are required to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Willingness to stand, work long shifts of up to 12 hours or longer is required for this position
