Responsible to plan, coordinate and conduct all process and HSE related trainings for


Operation. He is also required to support root cause analysis related to operations/process and transfer these knowledge across the operations organization




ACTIVITY


FIRST PART OF THE MISSION


As it is a grassroots built plant, the first mission of the team, in which the holder will be a part, will be training, building up of documentation of major policies and procedures of the department, commissioning, start-up and debugging.




TECHNICAL SCOPE


· Design training programs i.e. classroom, On-the-job, DCS simulator based on different modules


· Maintain training records for operations personnel


· Liaise with Shift Team Leaders on the training needs for Process Technicians; including cross trainings in different units


· Conduct process training to cover skills gap and refresher for Process Technicians


· Provide feedback and training opportunities to Production Managers/Production Superintendents


· Monitor and schedule all mandatory trainings to ensure compliance


· Coordinate with Production/Process Engineers to review and update Standard Operating Procedures and Training Modules


· Ensure updates in procedures are communicated and acknowledged by operations personnel




HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT, QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS


· Coordinate with HSE for safety inspections, identify gaps and roll out actions to address the gaps


· Coordinate with HSE and facilitate implementation of 5S programs


· Participate in HSE, process and product quality deviation root cause analysis; transfer learnings to all relevant operations personnel


· Assigned as an Internal Auditor for Management Systems




Education: Fresh Engineer with Chemical Engineering Discipline. Some experience in a Chemical Industry will be a plus




Knowledge:


· Knowledge of chemicals


· Technical knowledge of chemical engineering equipment


· Conduct Risk Assessment and review Method Statement Risk Assessment by 3rd party


· Safety Management Systems
