Able to repair, diagnose, service & replacement of parts for vehicles.

• AP/AR
• Invoice management.
• Purchase order management.
• Data entry, documentation, filing related accounting document.
• Manage reimbursement.
• Assist periodic financial reports preparation.

• Weight Bridge Data Management

Requirement:

• Malaysian , PR or Singaporean

Job Description

• Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods (All can be manage easily in a APP)
• Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
• Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery
• Compliance to internal standard operating procedures during delivery
• Reporting to immediate superior when encountering problems in day-to-day operations
• No minimum commitment

Requirements

• Physically Fit
• No delivery experience required, training will be provided
• Able to speak and write in basic English
• Working hours: flexible schedule
• Responsible and hardworking driver
• Best to commit 5 working days per week
• Possess driving license preferably own Car/Van

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure cargoes are loaded and delivered safety on time to respective locations.
• Ensure delivery orders are checked, signed, stamped and duly returned to the office.
• Assist as and when required to deliver cargoes to container terminals.
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time-to-time by your supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license.
• Minimum 1 year driving experience with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Singapore roads, ports, shipyards.
• Able to drive forklift.
• Able to start work immediately or at short notice preferred.
