⏰Work hours: 5 scheduled days, Monday to Sunday

⏰Rotating : 8.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 8.00pm or 1.00pm to 10.30pm

☘️Commitment Period : ASAP - 12 Dec 22

💰Salary : $2000-$2400/month

🖥Job Scope

- Manage feedback and enquiries via phone/email/social media/live chat

- Generate feedback reports

- Work with various stakeholders (e.g. operations , productand technology teams as well logistics vendors)

✅Requirements

❗️Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or ‘O’ Level with customer service experience

❗️Past working experience in call centre is an advantage

❗️Singaporeans only
