✨ Salary

💰 $2400-$2500 + $100 shift allowance

📅 Work Schedule

⏰Monday to Fri - 8:30am 5:30pm & Sat 830am to 1230pm

⚠️ JOB SCOPE

📌 Handle general hospital enquiries via emails, calls, chatbox

📌 Provide excellent customer service and accurate solutions

📌 Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks

📌 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS

✔ Min O/N/Nitec qualifications

✔ Able to commit to 1 year contract role

✔ Some customer service experience preferred

✔ Singaporeans, able to start ASAP
