Scheduled 5 days a week as scheduled

Rotating shifts (7am-4pm / 4pm-1am / 1030pm-7am)

💰Salary $2200-$2900 BASIC (Depending on qualification & experience)

💰Shift Allowance - UP to $300

• Handle general campaigns enquiries via emails

• Provide excellent customer service and accurate solutions

• Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

😊Requirements😊

• Minimally O levels

• Some relevant experience in banking / call centre

• Able to start ASAP, commit to 1 year contract role

• Singaporeans only
