Working Hours: Up to 5.5 Days, Office Hours

Pay Rate: $10-17/HR

Job Description:

Basic Care Assistants

• Attend to the basic needs of patients including toileting needs
• Provide care to patients who require assistance or are bed-bound
• Provide assistance to patients who need help with oral feeding
• Assist with lifting, moving and transporting of patients
• Ensure patients’ safety and provide social-emotional support
• Any other duties assigned by the Nurse Manager

Pharmacy Assistants

• Assist Pharmacy Technicians including packing and labeling of drugs
• Receive, check and unpack stock orders of medical supplies
• To upkeep the storage and display of drugs
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory stock
• Assist in any patient enquiries
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Customer Service/Coordinators

• Demonstrate care, empathy and professional front line customer service
• Facilitate registration for walk-in patients
• Updating of patient particulars in the system
• Attend to appointment scheduling requests
• Assist in treatment and medical examination when needed
• Assist in basic financial counselling
• Maintain the tidiness of workstation and clinic compounds
• Billing and verifying patient account transactions
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min O/A Level or Diploma in Healthcare or Customer Service related fields
• Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
• Those with customer service/healthcare experience will have advantage
• Comfortable working in all healthcare settings
