**Urgent -Logistic cum driver 2443

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collection of the Goods from Customer site and ensure correct part collection
• Delivery of the finish goods to Customer site and ensure the parts delivered are correct
• Ensure and make sure all product shipped with correct documentation (gate pass, DO etc)
• Ensure and keep track on products TAT and ensure all products meet requirements.
• Ensure and keep track on documentation on products send to HQ
• Ensure and make arrangement for products shipment to overseas through courier
• Packing of the finish goods for delivery
• Inventory control and management
• Stock movement monitoring in customer site (consignment stock)
• Liaise with internal department any query pertaining logistic

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Possess class 3 and class 4 driving license is required
• Competent in computer usage (Microsoft office etc)
• Able to handle customer's request or complaint on site
• Able to handle and carry heavy machinery parts
• Able to perform ad-hoc duty and urgent delivery
• Able to perform OT when required which include weekend and PH
• Possess strong teamwork and able to co-work and co-ordinate
• Possess self discipline and initiative
