**Urgent -Sales Coordinator 2445

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist Sales team on the monitoring and tracking of all collection/ delivery documentation
• Assist Sales team on the monitoring, tracking and documentation of all sales and purchase from HQ
• Ensure and prepare daily delivery documents (DO, invoices etc)
• Ensure and key in all daily incoming products to MES system
• Ensure and update daily products to MYOB
• Ensure, tracking and prepare documents for purchase from HQ
• Ensure and tracking of incoming products TAT to ensure meeting customer requirement

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Preferably Junior Executives specialising in Clerical/Administrative Support, Sales - Corporate or equivalent
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work methodically, accurately and neatly
• Competent in Microsoft office & MYOB software
• Able to work within timeline
