✅ Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete daily stock transactions reconciliation to achieve targeted stock accuracy
• Check near expiry, orders for delivery, and status of goods in Quarantine and Manufacturing-Pro system
• Responsible for replenishment of material when items are low
• Track all equipment to ensure they are in place and in use with compliance from team
• Ensure only clean and properly labeled materials are issued to production and that all rejected material are promptly treated and disposal taken in line with standard operating procedures
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes
• Provide cover of material and components for all aspects of the Product Stream on time, in right quantity and quality
• Provide training on standard operating procedures
• Ensure prompt data entry input for the receipt, inspection, and issuance of raw and packaging materials
• Maintain accurate and timely dispatch of all receipts and issuing transactions

Pre-requisites:

• Knowledge of Industrial Consumables / MRO market and products and their applications
• Minimum vocational/academic qualifications required
• GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics.
• Professional Qualification required
• Knowledge and level of proficiency in the use of IT software packages required
• Proficient user of windows based programs.
• Proficient in SAP
• Experience of fully integrated system based sales order processing and stock management systems.
• Proficiency in the use of any specialized equipment
• Appropriate material handling equipment to the Site operation including Fork Lift Trucks, Pallet Handling, Barrows etc
• Must possess Forklift License
• Minimum post qualification time and experience necessary to become fully proficient in the role

Minimum of 2 years work experience in a commercial, distribution or industrial environment / Minimum of 2 year’s work experience in a similar role.
