TreeDots is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B market from suppliers to businesses like restaurants, cafe etc. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve more with less resources and preventing any unnecessary wastage.

As a Warehouse Lead, you will play an important role in allowing day-to-day operations to run smoothly by ensuring accuracy in inventory and stocks.

Responsibilities:

1. Coldroom:

● Picking and packing of incoming or outgoing products.

● Inventory management.

● Ensure cleanliness in the cold-room and distribution area.

2. Product management:

● Ensure FIFO

● Warehouse Management – stacking, packing, picking, forklifting, storing etc.

● Other adhoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

● Comfortable working in a cold-room environment.

● Must be able to read English.

● Prior experience in F&B would be a bonus.

● No experience required as training is provided.

Extra info:

9am to 6pm

$1600- 2500

44 hours/weekly

Monday to Saturday (6 days work)

Job Responsibilities:

·Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness in office, pantry and warehouse.

·Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning glass doors/windows, cleaning toilets, urinals, sinks and etc.

·Collect and discard all rubbish from the employees’ bins and pantry’s common bin.

·Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels).

·Any other ad-hoc cleaning related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

·Minimum 1 year of working experience as a cleaner.

·Physically fit.

·Positive working attitude.

Working Hours:

Mon to Fri - 7.00am to 4.00pm

Sat – 7.00am to 11.00am

• To receive and tally cargo received
• To ensure that cargo received is in good order and condition
• To put-away cargo to racking system
• To carry on daily picking and packing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete daily stock transactions reconciliation to achieve targeted stock accuracy
• Check near expiry, orders for delivery, and status of goods in Quarantine and Manufacturing-Pro system
• Responsible for replenishment of material when items are low
• Track all equipment to ensure they are in place and in use with compliance from team
• Ensure only clean and properly labeled materials are issued to production and that all rejected material are promptly treated and disposal taken in line with standard operating procedures
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes
• Provide cover of material and components for all aspects of the Product Stream on time, in right quantity and quality
• Provide training on standard operating procedures
• Ensure prompt data entry input for the receipt, inspection, and issuance of raw and packaging materials
• Maintain accurate and timely dispatch of all receipts and issuing transactions

Pre-requisites:

• Knowledge of Industrial Consumables / MRO market and products and their applications
• Minimum vocational/academic qualifications required
• GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics.
• Professional Qualification required
• Knowledge and level of proficiency in the use of IT software packages required
• Proficient user of windows based programs.
• Proficient in SAP
• Experience of fully integrated system based sales order processing and stock management systems.
• Proficiency in the use of any specialized equipment
• Appropriate material handling equipment to the Site operation including Fork Lift Trucks, Pallet Handling, Barrows etc
• Must possess Forklift License
• Minimum post qualification time and experience necessary to become fully proficient in the role
