Job Description: -

·Plan, assign and direct the overall warehouse operation/activities.

·Manage the entire warehouse operations from goods receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfillment.

·Ensure smooth data flow until the order fulfillment and delivery Job Requirements

·Ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines.

·Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate at all times

·Conducts (when necessary) physical inventories and cycle counts.

·Report discrepancy such as shortages, excess and damaged cartons.

·Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.

·Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

·People Development through regular feedbacks, coaching & mentoring, identifying, and facilitating training needs

·Perform daily housekeeping of the operation area such as disposal of damaged pallets and other unwanted packing materials upon completion of operations.

·Ensure warehouse safety and adhere SOP.

·Responsible for the store security and cargo preservation.

·To be aware of the environmental aspects and its impact in the daily course of work and take measures to minimize any significant impacts.

·To provide back up in the absence of peer or Supervisor

·Progressive reporting to Manager

·Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

·Undertake any other assignments, which the management may request from time to time.

Skills required: -

·Valid Forklift operator License - able to operate forklift and reach truck

Job Requirement: -

· Min GCE 'O' Level and above

·Responsible, responsive, and committed

·Good time management skills and attention to details

·Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a team

·Able to commit OT when required

·Fast learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision

·Experience in leading a team

·Computer skills: Microsoft office, WMS
