👍🏼Responsibilities

.         Ensure number of stocks online tally with physical stocks

·         Assist in coordination between the grocery shopper team and other branches

·         Validate, report and adjust discrepancies on all stock count, image and location of stocks

·         Feedback to headquarters on all stocks that needs to be removed or updated

✅Requirements
·  1 year of experience in the retail industry
·  Familiar with smartphones and proficient in Microsoft Office

✏ Duties:

• Maintain and develop internal support and call centre quality standards
• Review a subset of customer service conversations calls & emails
• Assess support interactions based on internal standards
• Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedbacks
• Analyse all customer service metrics and how the team’s performance affects the KPI’s
• Create strategies to improve support KPI’s
• Assist customer service with their performance in specific instructions and constant support
• Map the need for training guidelines and programs for customer service
• Monitor customer service performance and team level
• Reports on customer service evaluation and performance to the Team Manager

✅ Requirements:

• Able to start work immediately and commit to long term
  
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in courier/logistics/warehousing/import & export industry
