✏️ Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Workshop Manager in managing the Taxi Maintenance operations and ensure all KPIs are met
• Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower and operating are kept within the operation budget
• Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimising cost
• Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion
• Establish, implement and monitor safe working practice and procedures
• Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and sites to ensure workshop conforms to all health & safety regulations

✅ Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification
• Minimum two years experience in operations environment preferably from Automotive Industry
• Able to build effective relationship with cross-divisional teams
• Proven tactfulness in communicating with others and constructively resolve challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skill

✅ 5 days work week - working location: Braddell ( 205 Braddell Road Singapore 579701)

✅ Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm

✅ Salary Range: $3000 - $3800
