Assembly line operators are tasked with performing a series of highly repetitive tasks, which are critical to running an efficient production facility. Heres what that entails: These tasks fall into two categories:  ­- Standard Production – The standard production tasks are the most common of these types. These involve the following steps:  - Pulling plates from the conveyor belt;  - Placing them on top of the core machine;  - Pressing a plunger or stamp on the plate;  - Moving the plate through a vertical stripper;  - Removing the core and placing it in an appropriate bin.The tasks listed above differ in terms of their complexity and how often they should be performed.
